  • All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to reconfirm your order or issue a full refund before shipping.

  • Discounts (if any) do not apply to shipping fees or taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at thenailstudious@gmail.com within 24 hours. If your order has not shipped, we will assist you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • US Orders: $4.99 shipping fee. Production time: 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery: 10-12 business days.

  • Worldwide Orders: $9.99 shipping fee. Production time: 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery: 12-16 business days.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.

  • If delivery is missed, please follow the carrier’s instructions for re-delivery or pick-up.

5. Product Acceptance

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any defect or issue. If no report is made within this time, products are considered accepted in good condition.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless the product is defective.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

  • Please email thenailstudious@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and product photos before shipping the item back. Return address will be provided upon approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us for assistance.
