Return & Exchange Policy

At The Nail Studious, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Unboxing video must be provided in case of product defects or missing items

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at thenailstudious@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Unboxing video and/or photos of the product if applicable

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the items back to us.


Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Please note that your bank may take 5–14 business days to post the refund to your account.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or using discount codes

  • Items that have been used or not in their original packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day window


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly shipped. For exchanges, please follow the same process as above.
